This Land Yoga’s 200-Hour Teacher Training
Are you ready to embark on a transformational journey? Our foundational training is crafted for those eager to deepen their yoga practice both on and off the mat. We support aspiring teachers and those who wish to grow as practitioners. Our comprehensive 200-hour program features purposeful sessions that harmoniously blend lectures with experiential practice. Each module invites self-discovery while integrating philosophy with various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin. We explore the yoga sutras, biomechanics, inclusivity, and sequencing, empowering you to confidently create classes that everyone can enjoy. PROGRAM SCHEDULE & STRUCTURE
Our 200-hour program spans 6 months and includes in-person meetings every Wednesday evening from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, as well as one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). To receive a certificate of completion, trainees must attend all sessions.

$3200
A $600 non-refundable deposit is due upon enrollment. This deposit secures your spot in our program and goes toward tuition.
Tuition includes a membership at This Land Yoga during the months you are in training.
Tuition does not include required reading material.
