This Land Yoga Teacher Training

Our training programs are designed to enhance both your physical and spiritual practice while elevating your teaching skills. We offer a foundational 200-hour training course, which introduces key concepts in yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, techniques and practice, and teaching methodology. For those who already hold a 200-hour certificate, we provide a 300-hour program that helps you achieve your advanced 500-hour certification. Enrollment in our program includes unlimited access to both in-person and on-demand classes for the duration of your training. We are proud to be a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and we are licensed with the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools.
