With the changing season and stress of the holidays, we end up living day-to-day with tension or even pain in our bodies. It can arise from physical strain or from mental or emotional states. This two-hour workshop is designed to relax your nervous system and open you up to the breath, freeing up your energy to redirect towards healing. Expect a releasing practice for the entire body--gentle movement and fascia release along with time for stillness and reflection.
