Vision & Goals is one of our very favorite mindful goal-setting and performance tools. It has been designed to help you live your fullest human potential. Whatever that looks like for you.

We believe that mindfulness is a powerful and measurable tool that can help you actively work towards a life you love. We call this mindful performance.

This class is free to the public and is only offered one time per year. Come join in and discover what truly lights you up and let it propel you forward into the new year.

PLEASE NOTE:

There are TWO class times being offered on January 11th. You MUST register and reserve your spot to attend. 

Class one: 1:30pm-3:00pm

Class two: 3:30pm-5:00pm
