This systematic approach to creating structural balance begins with an understanding of Postural Anatomy by becoming familiar with our own muscle imbalances. A combination of methods to re-establish balance in the body and mind are employed, including; Osteopathic Release Techniques, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Dynamic Vinyasa, Core Stabilization and Posterior Chain Activation. Through breath, body awareness and movement the overall objective is to release deep seated tension, integrate new healthy patterns, and build and strong and balanced structure. This informative and experiential workshop will include and introduction to techniques along with a 1-hour Integrative Yoga Method Flow.
