Vision & Goals is a mindful goal-setting practice that we share with our community each January. This program was designed to help you visualize, identify, and create a plan to live your fullest potential.
We believe that mindfulness is a quality that can be sharpened with time and practice. Applying mindfulness skills, Emma Ryan and Shannon Stephens will guide you through purposeful goal setting. Join us January 22 from 11:30-1:00.
