Our Beginner Series includes a 2-hour workshop and four 1-hour foundational flow classes. Discover the basics of yogic breath and movement, alignment principles, sequences, and postures that comprise a typical yoga practice, including sun salutations, warrior postures, and balancing poses. This series breaks down elements of the yoga practice, giving you the confidence to move forward in your practice.
