We'll practice a unique series of postures paired with gentle movement, myofascial release, and conscious breath awareness to unlock dysfunctional breathing patterns and guide the nervous system into its rest, digest, and repair phase. Learn to harness the power of breath to enhance relaxation, increase energy levels, and promote overall well-being. Regular class credits apply.
