Many, perhaps most of us, struggle with feelings of unworthiness. We never feel good enough, smart enough or accepted. This belief can cause us to feel stuck, spiraling through shame, regret, and loneliness.
“It doesn't take much--just hearing of someone else's accomplishments, being criticized, getting into an argument, making a mistake at work--to make us feel that we are not okay. Beginning to understand how our lives have become ensnared in this trance of unworthiness is our first step toward reconnecting with who we really are and what it means to live fully.” – from Radical Acceptance
Join Amanda as she guides a monthly book club to unpack this powerful text. These meetings will include inquiry, group discussion, and guided meditations to embody the powerful teachings within the book. This will be a safe space to explore your beliefs in a supportive community. Powerful healing can and does occur within groups.
As a part of your enrollment, you will receive a copy of Radical Acceptance, a journal with prompts to deepen your experience, plus four 1-hour sessions. There will be a livestream option and recordings will be provided to those who are unable attend.
Learning and practicing radical acceptance does not mean self-indulgence or passivity. Instead, it empowers genuine change: healing long-held fear and shame and helping to build more loving, authentic relationships. When we stop being at war with ourselves, we are able to live more free and abundant lives.
